I established BW Villas with Andrew Wick in 2015 in response to requests made by existing and prospective clients who had bought plots and wanted a reliable, quality contractor to build their dream homes. We recognized that to be successful we needed to establish a dedicated Villas Division to specialize in these contracts, primarily on a design-and-build basis. BW Villas has access to the full capabilities of the BW Group and we can tailor our services to match our clients’ requirements and budgets. We also have access to some of the best architectural and interior design consultants in the region enabling us to offer a full turnkey solution. Equally we can assist clients who have purchased an existing shell-and-core villa that needs fitting out or a villa that requires complete remodeling.
We have now completed a full range of villas from commercial villas for rent to some of the most exquisitely designed and constructed villas in the UAE.
